Required from September 2025 an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Careers Teacher. For someone who is driven to establish a vibrant and inclusive learning environment, reinforced by excellent communication and relationship building skills as well as someone who has sensitivity in providing for needs of all children. Whilst based at Winkleigh Primary School, this position will be on a Federation contract and you may be required to work across both sites. At The Woodland Federation, we are committed to the professional development of our more experienced as well as early career teachers.

You will:

· Be a highly motivated and committed classroom practitioner having proven experience of successfully teaching children with a wide range of ability.

· Have a good knowledge of standards and progress, with high standards of planning, creative and innovative delivery and assessment.

· Be able to build a strong rapport with children and have a clear understanding of how children learn.

· Provide creative, innovative and enriching learning opportunities to enable children to reach their full potential.

· Be able to work as part of a team and enjoy working creatively within the team contributing your ideas and enthusiasm.

· Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with staff, children and parents.

· Have high expectations, understand the importance of, and promote the principles of inclusion.

· Be a self reflective teacher who embraces life long learning.

This role requires an enhanced DBS disclosure.

This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence, professionalism and fluency in English.
